How do I link to a specific place within a topic?

I am creating a FAQ section that will contain a list of questions linking to the appropriate answers. The answers can be located within the same topic, or in other help topics.

What I need to do is to link directly to a specific place in a topic. For example, when the user clicks on such a link, the help system should scroll directly to the appropriate section.

Use Bookmarks

You can use the Bookmarks functionality to create links to a specific place in a topic.

For example, you can insert a bookmark in one topic, and then link to it from another topic by using regular hyperlinks.
