Start each topic on a new page in PDF output

In HelpSmith, the PDF and Word compilers use the same Outline Levels settings that you can define for the Printed Manual format at: Project tab|Project Options|Printed Manual

You can set the option "Start each heading or topic on a new page" individually for each outline level.
