Use Styles for exported annotation tables

When I set up the style for the export of annotation tables I cannot find the option to use a style I already created. Is it possible to select a predefined style?

Editing Styles of Annotation Tables

To edit the appearance settings of annotation tables:

  1. In the HelpSmith's Image Tool, on the Image tab, click Properties.
  2. In the Image Properties dialog, on the Export tab, edit the settings you need.
  3. Click OK.

If you enable the Set as default option, these settings will be used by default for a newly inserted image.

Remark: These style settings will apply to the annotation tables when you export (or update) the annotations to the current topic.

How to Re-use Annotation Styles

You can use the Backup button in the Image Properties dialog to save\load the annotation settings used by a specific image to\from an .XML file. Currently, it is the only way to re-use the style settings for another image.

Thus, you can copy settings from one image and apply them to another image.
