How to add the Print Topic icon?

You can insert a "Print Icon" image to the topic template that you use for HTML Help (CHM) and/or for Web Help.

Then you can select the image and apply a hyperlink of the Macro type to it:

1. In the word processor, select your "Print Icon" image by clicking on it.
2. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Hyperlink.
3. In the left sidebar, click Macro.
4. In the Command box, select Print Topic.
5. Click OK.

For example, you can find the "HelpSmith Help" sample project available in the "Sample Projects" section on the "Start Page" in HelpSmith.

If you open a template under the Templates node in the Project Manager, you will find the "Print Icon" image that uses a macro hyperlink.
