Importing content from existing documents
You can use HelpSmith's Import feature (File|Import) to import content from existing help files and documents including:
In general, the Import feature should import content with images correctly.
However, it may also depend on the document format that you need to import. For example, the Import feature may not recognize some images which are defined in a CSS file.

HelpSmith is a Unicode application that should work with any supported fonts. While it is hard for me to recommend a specific font, I assume you can use standard fonts installed in your system, which can be used with your language.
Font and language in HTML Help
Please note that if you create HTML Help (.CHM) files, the HTML Help viewer is not fully Unicode. Therefore, you should set the correct font (charset) and language settings at:
