Importing Word documents

HelpSmith allows you to import only Word documents saved in the .DOCX, .DOC, and .RTF formats, but not templates (.DOTX).

To access the Import feature:

• In the Ribbon, click File, and then click Import.

Is it possible to use an existing "Word template" to be filled with Helpsmith content?
