Using table styles
In HelpSmith, you can use table styles that can you can add and apply in the Styles pane (View tab|Styles).
When you insert a new table, HelpSmith links it with the default table style (named "Table"). In the table style, you can set font and paragraph settings for the first row, last row, first column, regular cells, and other elements of the table.
Thus, a table style lets you set the desired font settings once and then re-use the formatting for other tables in your documentation.
