How to transfer HelpSmith to another computer?

How do I transfer my license to another computer?

To transfer your HelpSmith license to another computer:

1. Start HelpSmith on the previous PC.
2. On the Start Page, in the HelpSmith License section, click HelpSmith Activation.
3. In the dialog, click Deactivate this license.
4. Activate your license on the new PC, as explained here.
