We are using HelpSmith to create online help documentation for our company and need to customize the web help system's style. What is the easiest way to insert our company logo?

Is it possible to customize the cover page in the Printed Manual or PDF document generated by HelpSmith? For example, in our PDF manual, we'd like to add a logo, add some extra texts, and so on. Please advice how we can do that.

We are evaluating different help authoring tools and we like the features (such as batch compilation, build tags, image annotations, etc.) offered by HelpSmith, which can be useful for our documentation. I would like to learn more about customization options that HelpSmith provides to design the style of our help files and manuals.
