In our .CHM help file, we have several videos embedded from our YouTube channel. These videos worked fine before, but now the CHM viewer is displaying an error message instead of playing the video. Q: We would like to know what could be causing this issue and how we can fix it.

When I set up the style for the export of annotation tables I cannot find the option to use a style I already created. Is it possible to select a predefined style?

We have almost completed the creation of a web help system with HelpSmith. I have a couple of questions: How can we publish the help system on our website? Is Web Help compatible with a website created using WordPress?

We have documentation that was generated using another help authoring tool. While HelpSmith seems like a better fit for our needs, we need to migrate the existing documentation in order to retain styles and other formatting. Q: What is the best way to import the existing documentation into HelpSmith?

I am a licensed user ver 10 I use Telugu language for creating Chm files. I am able to enter text in the topic. But in the left panel I am getting ???? marks. Please resolve.
