When I copy some text from a web page in the browser, and then paste it (by pressing Ctrl+V) into a topic, it seems like HelpSmith inserts the text using the font style which is the same as on the webpage. Q: Is it possible to paste text without a style?

What's the recommended process to update HelpSmith regardless of the version being upgraded? Can you install the new version(s) right over the existing installation (being sure note if it's 32-bit or 64-bit) or should the previous version be uninstalled first?

If we use HelpSmith Terminal Server Edition with floating licenses, will it be possible to edit the same help project by multiple users?

We have a HelpSmith project that we use to produce our web-based help system, and it works just fine. When we generate a PDF manual, we need to change some page settings, such as page size, margins, etc. The Page Properties button in the toolbar does not seem to work. Q: How can we change the PDF's page settings?

When I click Project>Compile in HelpSmith to produce a web help system, it opens the generated help system in the browser and everything works fine. But if I launch the generated index.htm file manually in Windows explorer, some functions do not seem to work. When I compile a help project, the compilation window shows some warnings saying that the help project contains an invalid hyperlink, and so on. But how do I find where the broken hyperlink is located?
