We are using HelpSmith to create documentation for our desktop software. Q: How can we integrate the generated help system with our .NET application?

As part of our automated build process, we need to build our help system from the command line. Can you clarify the following questions, please? Does HelpSmith have a command line compilation option? If so, can you please provide an example? If we use a separate build machine, will we need an additional HelpSmith license for it? Thank you!

In our web help system, we have links to external websites. While some of the linked websites are displayed properly, the other websites are not displayed. In our help project, we have a couple of styles which seem to be unused. However, we would like to ensure that those styles can be deleted. Is it possible to find all the places where a specific style is used in the entire help project?

When capturing a screenshot I did not turn on the Capture Screenshot option in the Image Tool. Is it possible to add the mouse cursor to an existing screenshot somehow?
