I have created a help file with HelpSmith, in which I want to reference the users to additional information that is available in external PDF documents. How can I link to an external PDF document?

We are using Web Help template in our software. There is no Print Preview or Print button included into Web Help template page. Just wonder if it is possible to include it to template for user to have an easy way of printing one page, one topic at the time.

I'm working on creation of a web help system for my project with your HelpSmith software. If I insert an image (e.g. screenshot) from a file, how can I make it resizable in the web help system? In other words, when the help system is viewed on a small device (e.g. tablet, smartphone), the screenshot should resize accordingly to the screen size.

I would like to add a description to an image contained in a topic of my Web Help system. For example: <img src="..." alt="Application settings window" /> My question: Is it possible to add the "alt=" attribute to the images in HelpSmith?

I have a Web Help system, but do not have the source .HSM help project. Is it possible to import the topics, images, keywords, and other data from the existing help system to my HelpSmith project (.HSM)?
