Is it possible to copy topics between different HelpSmith projects? For example, I would like to copy topics to my current help project from another project. Please advise.

We are looking for a help authoring tool and your HelpSmith product seems to be a suitable solution for our company. Is it possible for a team to work on the same project collaboratively? This is an important feature for our use.

I'm using tab stops to align text in a help topic. While editing the topic in HelpSmith, the tab stops work fine. But when I create CHM help file or Web Help, the lines are not formatted properly. How can I fix this, so that the lines to be formatted properly both in HelpSmith and in compiled help file?

When I generate a CHM file or Web Help system, the topics appear normally.
