I've been using the HelpSmith help authoring tool to create help files and manuals for about a year. I use Keywords to create the Index section of my help file, but wondering what is the difference between Keywords and A-Keywords? Can you please provide an example of using A-Keywords?

We want to publish a web-based documentation on our website, but we want to restrict access to some sections for specific users. For example, we need to allow access to a web help section, or particular topics: By user login/password. By a special URL link/token. Does HelpSmith provide an option to restrict access to the documentation?

I have compiled a help project as a CHM help file, but when I enter a keyword on the Search tab, it does not find any topics in the help file despite the topics actually contain text that matches the keyword. So my question is: How do I enable the search function in my CHM file?

I'm using tab stops to align text in a help topic. While editing the topic in HelpSmith, the tab stops work fine. But when I create CHM help file or Web Help, the lines are not formatted properly. How can I fix this, so that the lines to be formatted properly both in HelpSmith and in compiled help file?
